Warranty/Service Info

At Kitchen Resource, we try to sell products that have an excellent warranty. We provide the warranty on the products that we manufacture and provide warranty service on most of the items that are made by other companies. Each product will have a unique warranty, see the box below for specifics.

Typically, manufacturers guarantee that their products are free of defects in both materials and workmanship. They and we do not guarantee against normal wear or that you cannot break or damage a product. Please be sensible when using your appliance. If you have a problem and don't find it addressed in your specific warranty, call and talk to us about it.

When you need to send your appliance to us for service, pack it well, so that it cannot be damaged during transport. Include a note with your contact information and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Also include a brief explanation of the problem. Send it prepaid to:

"If a product is defective out of the box or on a first time use within 30 days of purchase, the manufacturer will pay all the shipping costs (USA only) for repairing/replacing defective products. After 30 days the owner is responsible to pay shipping to the manufacturer but the manufacturer will then pay to ship the repaired item or product back to the customer."
